One of AA Turner Builders first major projects, this nine-factory development was built as a joint venture in 1990. The project was valued at $2.5m at the time and was considered quite innovative due to its fully window- fronted design. The factories were constructed within six months of obtaining the building permits. More than two decades later, Unit 4 proudly remains the headquarters of AA Turner Builders, while the other factories house a diverse range of other businesses.

In 2008, AA Turner Builders worked with architects Frank Sinopoli of Reservoir to bring his vision of a contemporary suspended factory/office extension to life. Frank incorporated modern open-plan work spaces into his design and employed a sun screening technique on the street-facing windows to create an architectural talking piece. Other up-to-the-minute features included an airy foyer area, sleek modern staircases, the use of stainless steel and bright colours throughout the interior.
